Terence is responsible for leading the development of the Transport practice, in particular Railways.
Terence lived in Europe for 15 years where he worked in both operational and corporate leadership positions in multinational companies in the Transport and Energy sectors. He has worked at the highest levels with clients and government organisations around the world. His experience includes board positions, directing complex engineering and industrial manufacturing and project management businesses where efficiency and cost management were paramount.
Terence has led significant restructuring, M&A and Joint Venture programmes in the UK, Asia and Europe. He returned to the UK in 2012 where he led a 3000 employee railway and power sector engineering business and co-Chaired the government sponsored Rail Supply Group with the Secretaries of State for BIS and Transport.
He studied at Insead, has an MBA and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manchester.
