For us, CSR is not a tick-box exercise or simply about making a donation, it is central to how we work and doing the right thing is reflected in our Values.
Our colleagues focus on three key areas in the pursuit of change; wellbeing, environment, and giving.
Proactively providing support and resources for our colleagues, clients, and communities is a key objective of Vendigital’s CSR programme.
As such, a number of varied initiatives have been implemented over the years and we’re always looking and listening for new opportunities. Here are a few:
We are a very proud partner of SANE, a mental health charity which has been championing awareness and support in the UK since 1986. At Vendigital, this is a cause we care deeply about, and we are working closely with SANE to promote healthy working environments. This is being done via fundraising events, as well as by running a series of workshops for our colleagues.

At Vendigital, we are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our operations.
This commitment applies to all activities undertaken as an organisation internally and is reflected in how we partner with suppliers and clients. We aim to achieve this through Carbon Footprint Monitoring, Education, and Environmental Initiatives.
Carbon Footprint Monitoring
As a consulting firm, travel to our clients contribute to a significant portion of our carbon footprint. Therefore, we are committed to setting up a mechanism for tracking this and implementing policies to minimise our impact.
Whether is it the extent of the impact our actions are having on the environment or if certain items are recyclable, the facts aren’t always clear. Therefore, we believe educating our staff through fun activities can make a real difference.
We have implemented several initiatives to reduce our environmental impact and are continuing to explore new ways of doing so.
Cycle to Work Scheme
To encourage our colleagues to swap the four wheels for two, Vendigital has signed up to the cyclescheme.co.uk. This benefit supports our colleagues in purchasing their bikes and accessories. By doing so, they are not only able to spread the cost of the purchase, but also secure significant savings from thousands of retailers nationwide.
Although the recyclable waste from our offices goes to recycling facilities, we believe it is important to do more. Therefore, we have recently implemented a company-wide programme using recycled paper across our offices and we’re now recycling our ink cartridges to raise money for charity.
Wellbeing For All COlleagues
At Vendigital, we aim to create and facilitate a positive working environment for all of our colleagues. This includes enabling a culture of physical and mental wellbeing.
Each colleague has a health and wellbeing plan to help pay for the cost of a wide variety of health services from gym memberships to health assessments to 24/7 access to a GP to name a few.
Mental Health matters at Vendigital. Our expert team of Mental Health First Aiders actively promote positive mental health and provide confidential peer support to their colleagues. Vendigital also provides a 24/7 confidential help line where telephone or face to face support is available on a whole range of wellbeing issues.
We aim to make talking about mental wellbeing as normalised as any other health matter.
